We stayed 4 nights. I was sick when we were there. All the staff are very helpful to us. Specially the reception staff Hari was very helpful. He arranged the doctor to the hotel arranged the medication to the hotel. Great stay even though I was not well.

Bad food - not an ITC level quality
The food was the worst part of the stay. 1. Ordered baby food to the room and it was stale. Although they replaced it, it would have made baby sick if we haven’t tasted first . 2. Breakfast is better in a 3-star restaurant than here. 3. Milk tasted as if they added lots of water and tasted very bad. Totally disappointed with the food. Mentioned this during checkout but they still charged for the baby food. Room: 1. There was no hand shower in the bathroom which made it very difficult for giving shower to the baby 2. There was no hot water kettle or coffee maker in the room
