Hotel was great, location is amazing and rooms were spacious and clean, yet when we did the check in, we couldn’t find any towels and soap and took them the next day to bring the soap. Then on another time we called the restaurant to order fruit basket to the room, and due to language barrier, we found them bringing a juice instead

The hotel is very big but with only two elevators which made it hard to go out of and into the room. The service is not good. I asked them for an adapter and they said I have to pay for it. They don’t refill the shampoo, toilet paper or water. I have to ask them every time to do so.

Executive suite excellent for families but not for couples, not worth paying extra for sea view because you can't see much, no beverage, coffee or tea available in the room only water, very clean and spacious.
