The property was fine but when my mom checked out they charged her for missing a coffee spoon. We don't mind to pay if we did, and if they l let us know how many spoons, cups, dishes and elses at the day that my mom checked in. That won't be fair to blame what ever missing since we don't even know have it really exited. Very disappointed about this.
