Our vacation at Punta De Mita was everything that we expected from the W Hotel and their staff. The staff was very friendly and offered great hospitality along with extra precautionary measures to ensure cleanliness during the pandemic. Upon arrival you get the feeling of being in Bali with all of the greenery and warm tropical weather. We checked in and we were immediately greeted with a refreshing drink and shuttled to our private room overlooking a nice lagoon and beach. The rooms are unattached to each other so you sort of get the feel of a Bungalow type room. The W Hotel offers plenty of amenities from pools, gym, spa, various restaurants and activities to keep you busy throughout your stay. Overall we had a great experience, the live music and DJ near the poolside provided a good vibe throughout the night. I have to say that the ceviche at the Chevycheria was the best we’ve ever had! The Spice Market offered a pretty good Asian culinary experience as well so the food options were pretty much what we had expected. What also made the overall experience great was their staff; Hector, Karla, and Daniel to name a few made you feel at home and they were always very attentive in making sure you were taken care of. We will definitely come to Punta De Mita to visit the W Hotel again in the near future. This resort gets a 5 star rating for the overall experience, amenities, awesome staff and cleanliness.

Excelente hotel, todo el Staff de primera! La comida muy rica todo, no es barata pero tampoco tan cara, pero muy rico y bien servido. Los cuartos con vista al mar increíbles, muchos detalles que hacen que tu estancia sea una delicia, la alberca muy bien! Los restaurantes excelentes, extendí mi estancia un día porque estábamos muy contentos.Me he quedado en W San Francisco, NYC, este es el mejor sin duda! PD. los niños estuvieron felices con todos los detalles que hay para ellos también.
