Lovely room and practical for three family members and great walkable location . The porch must be wonderful in warmer weather. However Room A has a lot of street noise and you also hear everyone going upstairs or walking above. They should have turned the heat on in the morning but didn’t, maybe because the weather just changed. Great water pressure for the shower. We had to walk to Union Gables for breakfast because the kitchen needs to be renovated, which I didn’t mind but we were waiting awhile for someone to open the door there.

Although the kitchen was closed for maintenance, the quick stroll to a sister property with an amazing breakfast made up for it. Loved having the dining room available to us, however, so we could play afternoon board games (brought with us). Nice comfortable rooms. Great for an intergenerational celebration: mom, daughter, grandaughter.

I learned that there was a new owner and manager as of September 1st, but despite the usual start-up/transition snags, the manager, Dustin, really worked hard to make my stay enjoyable. And he cooked a really good breakfast that left me full for most of the day. Room 1 didn't exactly have the best view and the floors were a little creaky, but my room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. This property is in a great location and is walkable to many things. I would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect charming B&B experience. Not a lot of wifi bandwidth but i ws honestly delighted to even have a TV in the room. Service was great, breakfast was fine but the reviews do lead you to believe it was going to be better. They leave you alone to enjoy your time in town. I loved my stay.
