Helpful staff

Of the three men’s toilets, one was unserviceable and another one couldn’t lock the door. Of the 4 men’s showers all had broken shower heads. Made it very difficult to have a proper shower. The men’s shower and toilets were not swept or mopped so there was a build up of hair on the floors. The dorms, or at least the one I stayed in was not swept once in the 4 days I was there. The common areas were but not the dorms. I’m not sure how they can attain fabulous status level. Breakfast was better than most with a very good selections of food.

Bed was a bit smelly. Even flat sheet was provided, but it’s not bulletproof.

The hostel is very clean with English staff and 15 minutes walk to the down town.

Awesome place. Lovely atmosphere. A bit uncomfortable parking spot, but you'll forget about it as soon as you are greeted with such kind attention.

As a hostel this place rates highly. The bathrooms and dorms were exceptionally clean. The fellow at check-in was very pleasant. We were able to have an eight room dorm just to ourselves (five of us) so that made it more appealing. We appreciated the bag breakfast that was provided in lieu of breakfast to accommodate our early departure. The upstairs common area and kitchen looked well equipped and clean although our stay was very short so we did not make use of it.

The hostel was lovely with clean and comfortable beds. The common room was great and from balcony on the second floor we also managed to spot some seals. The staff were lovely and Francisco was especially helpful and friendly when we arrived and helped us out a lot.

Excelente, tuve un imprevisto y tuve que cancelar una noche, me ayudaron con la contratación del tours. Te dan el desayuno para llevar cuando sales temprano. La limpieza es muy buena, y el hostal absolutamente lindo. Y la vista al mar una verdadera delicia, un lugar muy acogedor.

Chambre sale jamais faite malgré les promesses répétées, et qui en plus ne fermait pas ! Lits superposés inconfortables, qui bougeaient tellement qu'on avait l'impression qu'ils allaient s'effondrer d'un moment à l'autre. Petit-déjeuner sans café, avec un bol de fruits au sirop. Lessives facturées au dessus du prix affiché : l'une n'était pas sèche tandis que le linge de l'autre semblait toujours aussi sale mais avait un aspect collant... Seul point positif : la belle vue depuis la salle commune.
