Tem um telefone na recepção/entrada para nos ajudar caso precisemos com atendentes muito solicitos e atenciosos. Lugar limpo, tranquilo (vizinhança) e aconchegante. Recomendo!

Ótima experiência.
Ótima experiência de um hostel todo automatizado, sem recepção. Entrada por senha é bem legal. Vale o custo-benefício. Só não tem as comodidades de café da manhã e alimentação, mas tem as máquinas de bebidas e snaks. Eu gostei.

Falta manitenção
Já me hospedei algumas vezes neste hotel. É simples, bem localizado, limpo e com cofroto razoável. Mas tem alguns problemas técnicos que já reportei mas eles ignoram ! O teclado de abertura das portas de alguns quartos estão com defeito e as vezes temos que tentar o código várias vezes. Já comuniquei ao hotel há meses mas nada foi feito. Outro detalhe é que o box de banho não tem saboneteira . Ela aparentemente foi quebrada e não foi trocada ou consertada ! Vários quartos estão assim . Ao tomar banho temos que deixar o sabonete e o shampoo no chão .

Foi bom apesar de algumas coisas
A ideia do sistema de entrada com senha é muito boa, porém muita burocracia... você chega la e ainda tem que baixar aplicativo, fazer cadastro isso tudo no meio da rua a noite é um pouco arriscado, tentamos ligar nos números e não atende e não tem recepção. A cama e casal na verdade são duas de solteiros o que dificulta para dormir e as cobertas estavam com cheiro de mal lavadas.
