The wi-fi did not work and i spoke to Reception 3 times about it but no solution was offered unfortunately. A lot of money for a hotel without wifi.

Room wasn’t bad. Tv had no remote. Rain full shower was covered in limescale, when you flushed the toilet it spilt on the floor. Had a plug in radiator so hard to keep right heat. Wi-Fi only worked in sat by the door on the floor.

Don’t expect a lot. The room was clean on the surface but there were ants in the bathroom and the corners were dusty. The room was so hot it was almost unbearable and there was no way to control the heat. The staff was nice and ready to collect keys upon leaving each time. The location was good but the street outside the hotel was very loud all through the night. There was also construction on the weekday that was so loud.

It was okay
It’s a very small hotel with great access to the city (metro station nearby) and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Hotel condition is poor. Stairs carpet need to be updated… it was filthy. My 10 yo son thought it was creepy. Room was ok but it’s gets noisy at night. Staff was very friendly but I wouldn’t stay there again.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. Very dirty, the owner had very bad attitude. It’s look like he has problem with American. I didn’t feel safe due to his attitude how he spoke about American. I totally don’t recommend this hotel and I hope Expedia make sure about the hotel before advertising for them . Q
