I did not enioy my stay at this hotel and currently waiting for expedia to get back to me with a refund. I paid extra for a premium room at this hotel, but when I arrived and checked in and saw my room, i found there was no window in the room, the walls were dirty and the bed had a long strand of hair under the sheet. I went to reception and they told me the don't have premium rooms, only single or double. But i said this isn’t the options on Expedia. It was getting late and I was only in Singapore for 24 hours and so I decided to deal with Expedia customer services. That in itself was another headache. The staff at the hotel were friendly, but the room was not as advertised.
