Terrific place to stay close to the station.
So close to the train station, in the heart of eating areas, and the staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The onsen was so relaxing with both an inside and outside one and with an ice cream treat waiting after. Never did try the free nightly soba because we were so relaxed. The morning breakfast is worth including, with both japanese and western foods. The room is very efficient and comfortable.

Terrific stay!
Everything is great! From the time of arrival to the time of departure, all the staff show real professionalism including those at the front desk and in the kitchen. The location is very convenient as it's only a 3 min walk to the train station with plenty to shop and eat. If I absolutely have to pick on one thing to change, it's the 'white' room light. I personally prefer to be in 'yellow' light because it's softer on the eyes after a busy day.

MUST RESERVE PARKING IN ADVANCE! Very nice new hotel nearby to train station. Easy walk right outside to get dinner or drinks. Convenience store right next to hotel open 24/7. Free ramen in the evening, nice hot springs on 11th floor (free ice cream and yogurt drink). You MUST reserve parking with the hotel prior to visit or you will have to park off site and walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. Breakfast was nice, both western and Japanese dishes available. Free coffee and tea 24-hours in the lobby. Room we stayed in was double twin bed, ok for 2 people, we were 3 with a child. Made it work, but if it were 4 people we would have had issues sleeping. Rooms are clean, nice amenities, but could hear the people in the next room talking and the kids above us running around. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again, but if our entire family stayed (4 people) I would reserve 2 rooms.
