Crown House - Incheon

Dirty, only 1 towel, dirty linen in the washing machine and told that I couldn’t used. Found a used pillow case under the duvet when we went to bed.

Great place. Big clean rooms

Our stay was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights. We were picked up from the airport. The guy that picked us up was very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and there were a lot places to eat that was walking distance from our hotel.

Free and quick transfer from and to the airport (just a quick phone call was needed, free of charge from an airport's phone). Spacious room with a 2 double beds, a kettle, free toiletries. My only complaint is that the seal on the shower door wasn't fitted properly and the bathroom floor was filling with water.

This was the third time we stayed at the Hotel and as usual it's a fantastic stay. The reception/driver was very warm and welcoming. He speaks multiple languages (English, Korean, Japanese) and picked us up from Incheon airport at midnight on Saturday. He had our room key available immediately so we were able to get right up to our room. The hotel itself is great for the price. Incredibly spacious and clean. There were three bottles of water and any toiletry you require. Located on the first floor are several restaurants open 24hrs, so very easy to get a late night snack or beer. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here ever time I come to Incheon.
