Please let the hotel know that I’m very pleased with how I was accommodated. All staff are the great. AMELA was approachable and was very friendly. She did a great welcome and hosting overall. ANA is an excellent assistant manager because she resolved issues professionally and her service was outstanding. Overall, I’d like to come back again given a chance. I hope I’m still welcome. Amazing attic apartment. THE BEST! and the location - exquisite. A PERFECT RECOMMENDATION for my friends. All the best to L’Orangerie.

I stayed for just over a week, and for the most part this was a good accommodation. Sparkling clean upon arrival/cleaned well daily during my stay, spacious rooms, good location right off the beach, friendly staff, kitchen had all the basics for cooking, and the property is surrounded by restaurants. Bus stop was just across the street, and underground parking was provided, making for convenient sight seeing. The only downsides are that the hookah bar/caffe in the courtyard cause the building to be very smoky all the time (you can't open your windows or your whole room and clothes will stink! Hallways in the building/elevator smelled like smoke every day, as well). If your room faces the courtyard, you can expect to hear very very loud bass/music until about 1AM every night which was problematic and caused me to have to change rooms mid-stay (bring earplugs or ask for a room that faces the outside of the building and you'll be all set!). Also, there IS a washing machine but there IS NOT a dryer, so be sure to do your laundry well before departure to allow time to air-dry your clothing! I'd stay again, but only if a room that does not face the courtyard was available. I would not recommend staying here if only court-yard-facing rooms are available.

Nice apartment in great location. Friendly staff
Receptionist was fantastic and told us all about Dubrovnik and local area. Also gave us an upgraded apartment. Apartment itself was great and very spacious. Bus stop 4 to Dubrovnik old town is literally across the road. You are also minutes from a range of bars and restaurants and the beach.

The staff is fantastic, she is basically a tour guide and a hotel lobby clerk. The room is modern and clean, we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom, the hotel is in a nice safe area and the bus comes from right outside our door to the old town. Very simple to use. The hotel is actually in a little mini city of shops restaurants, gym and grocery store. There’s even a movie theater! It could not have been more convenient!
