    Hotel + world-class gym
What an awesome concept: a hotel built around a world-class gym. It’s a beautiful property with tons of amenities. The only downside is the noise from the gym can be bothersome in certain areas of the guest room floors...we were on the fourth floor and heard a lot of gym noise but our friends on the fifth floor didn’t hear much.

    Loved it....loved it!
It was amazing, right down to the oatmeal raisin cookie, which was made in-house like the rest of their food. We loved it. Hospitality 10 folds to our Conrad or hilton. We were stunned that as guests we had access to all the amenities without it being charged extra. Highly recommend a traveler and or a staycation. Absolutely loved it. We will be back!

    Fair 4.0
    Unpleasant experience.
Overall, poor quality of service at the front desk. I wanted to book 2 rooms with open access/ connecting. I called the front desk prior to booking and inquired. They told me that I must book a double queen and a king. I did so accordingly. One day prior to check-in, I called again to ensure that my request for connecting rooms can be accommodated. I was told that they will put the request in. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that due to low availability, my request could not be accommodated. We were all frustrated and disappointed because it was a family trip and having rooms that connect was very important to us. After my third request for connecting rooms, the receptionist agreed to accommodate us. It took about 3 hours for them to figure the issue out. It was quite frustrating because I have called several times prior to arrival to make sure that the request could be accommodated. Overall, it's a good hotel to stay but poor quality of guest services.
