Kos Palace Hotel

Hotel has been missold by Expedia. It is a Tui hotel designed for German package tour guests.Facilities were ok though hotel was not able to supply an ironing board with iron suggesting we use the bed! Only one flat pillow was supplied per person and we had to collect others ourselves. Food offering was German based as was main language used in the hotel. As independent travellers we go to differnt countries to experience local life and food. Had we wanted to eat German food this time we would have taken another holiday in Germany. Dinner was €20 buffet offering even if you only wanted one course. Pool towels had to be hired as did safe depisit box, both only a weekly basis. Hotel had no way they could think of charging for a 2 day stay. Unacceptable anyway for a supposed 4 star hotel to be making these charges. Water at 50c for 1.5 litres was charged at €1.50 for 0.5 litre an outrageous 900% mark up on a necessity in such a hot climate.If Expedia had correctly described as a tui package tour hotel we would not have stayed. We would not recommend for independent travellers and will not return.

Otel güzel, resepsiyon ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Yemekler lezzetli , servis güzeldi. Sadece wifi çok iyi değildi. Otelden memnun kaldık

Rustig aan zee buiten centrum, te wandelen naar Tigkaki. Wel behoorlijk gedateerd en oubollig. Ik heb nog nooit eerder in een hotel geslapen met douchegordijnen en als ik iets echt smerig vind, is dat het wel. Voor de prijs een teleurstelling!

Zimmereinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und Matratzen sehr hart. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir fühlten uns wohl.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben dem Tigaki Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, insbesondere das Küchenpersonal. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das wirklich sehr lecker war. Zudem war es für uns sehr praktisch, dass das Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt hatte. In jedem Falle würde ich das Hotel nochmal buchen.

Posizione eccellente lungo la costa di Tigaki, a un quarto d'ora da Kos Town, facile da raggiungere sia lungo la Main Road che lungomare. La struttura si affaccia direttamente sul mare ma dispone anche di una comoda piscina da utilizzare quando il mare è particolarmente esposto ai venti. Da questa località è facile raggiungere ogni angolo dell'isola, anche la splendida Zia per godere di magnifici tramonti. Tutto gradevolissimo, dalla struttura al personale, receptionist (mitica Astrid!), portieri di notte e baristi. Ampie camere dotate di ogni confort e balconi vista mare. Colazion ricca e variegata. La struttura è tranquilla, consigliata per famiglie e per chi vuole tranquillità e comodi servizi. È possibile prenotare auto, bici, taxi o escursioni direttamente in hotel. Essendo un 4stelle sarebbe ideale poter usufruire di lettini in spiaggia gratuitamente, ad oggi non è ancora possibile. Bellissima idea la libreria in sala hall lasciati dagli ospiti dell'hotel, peccato che i libri siano solo in tedesco..

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden, alles hat gepasst, insbesondere Personal,Service und Essen.

Ottima posizone per girare l'isola in macchina, pulito, colazione abbondante, personale gentilissimo. le pecche : la tenda della doccia era troppo corta e si allagava il bagno, per 2 notti è andata via la luce. ci tornerei volentieri
