Service was friendly however the rooms seem to be getting a bit outdated. The Wifi was extremely spotty and wasnt fixed until the last day. Soap dispenser in the room didnt work and was never fixed even though we brought it to the staffs attention and we didnt receive an iron even after asking for it a couple of times. What didn’t I like about that hotel lol?!. The staff were awesome! Raimery, Nicole and I forget the last ones name. Forgive me🙏. All were very attentive and professional. That was well appreciated. I stood there for four days and this was my first time in the country. I’m definitely going again in the near future. Neighborhood was pretty chill. It’s a touristic area, so there’s plenty of people watching and lots of stores you can shop at. There’s also nice park, where you could just relax a bit, sip some coffee and listen to three gentlemen play their merengue ripiao. This hotel is the one you want to stay in. Thank you again for an amazing four days Hotel Luca. Hasta la próxima. RL forever in my heart.

Property was in walkable distance to most of attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe all the time here. The only problem was the toilet was malfunctioning we had to complain two times. It was working slightly better but not to the best. Also the room did not include an Iron.
