My paid reservation was for room with kitchenette. I did not get that type of room. The One can hear people walking in the room upstairs, climbing the staircase to the room upstairs and occasional Plumbing noises.

The air con was badly leaking and after numerous complaints we were asked to change the room at the middle of the night. We have a 3 month old baby so we refused. They didn’t get it repairs all for 3 days
