Cozy getaway spot.
Beautiful, cozy room in Cedar Lodge, spiral staircase to upper level had twin beds and a powder bath. Handy kitchenette, gas fireplace and beautiful view of the lake! Murphy bed was comfy but tough on the back. Pack some extra pillows if traveling with more than 2 guests. Lovely service, great place

Lovely
Beautiful remodel, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The free continental breakfast was nice, but not great. There was no coffee in the carafe. I was told they would brew fresh coffee but it took quite a while. That was my only gripe. Would stay again.

Booked this place because it was per friendly and I had a dog on the trip. It was stated on my booking that I had a dog but when arrived the owner said "dog's are only allowed in certain areas". The building I was booked in was not one of them. Mind you she has 2 dog's of her own that are completely unleashed and unsupervised roaming around inside the hotel, restaurant and property. The walls are paper thin. It was not enjoyable listening to kids run up and down the hall till 12am. The attached restaurant is so busy it's impossible to get service. The ice machine is located right next to all the chaos on the main floor right next to check-in and you only get one fill per day? The room was small and lacked amenities for the price. Want back pain in the morning? These beds are for you! It's probably great for families in the summer and I enjoyed the view. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Definitely won't be back.

Not so good.
Rather disappointed in our stay. Pool closed at 8pm and we were not told that when we checked in at 6pm. Building is under construction and when we called at 10 pm to ask if noise was going to stop we were told it would soon but it didn't. Construction went on until 5 am. Very frustrating experience for the money spent!

I loved the room with a lakeside view. Even though we stayed in October we were able to sit on the balcony and take in the full moon over the lake. We were happy with the extra parking that allowed us to park our boat and charge all of our boat batteries. Our meal in the dining room was delicious and the free breakfast had plenty of healthy options

The room, C32 was not clean, spider webs and spiders in two comers of room . There was hair in the bath tub from previous guest . The unit had well water and it was very smelly. No one told us there was a breakfast at 7:30 until the last day of our stay. I would never stay there again. Way overpriced for this room.

This property is in terrible condition. It might have been a great resort 10 or 15 years ago - but it is a sad shadow of it's former self. The facilities are in disrepair and the beds are hideous.
