Quite happy with my stay and will visit again.
Overall I'm quite happy with my stay. Minor problem with the hot water system but, special thanks to Razik, one of the staff who is very helpful and resolve the problem promptly. This hotel is located at a very convenient location in town with shops nearby where I can easily find convenient items. The beautiful lake of Kandy is just 5 minutes walk away. The only point I rated satisfactory is cleanliness because of the towels provided which didn't look very fresh although I'm sure they are clean.

Great find in central Kandy
Great hotel in a very central location in Kandy. Our room was a good size and the hotel was able to provide a cot for our baby which we really appreciated. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was good - filled us up after a long journey the day before! All in all a really good stay, thanks for having us!

Good as base for day trips
This hotel has all the basics, generally clean, hot/cold water, quite a good breakfast buffet. It is also in an excellent location, around the corner from Kandy Lake and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth. But that puts it on a busy street full of stores and restaurants which means it is noisy until later in to the evening. The lower rating is for overall maintenance, it's rundown and could do with some care. But the staff are very friendly and responsive to requests.
