This was a beautiful property with stunning ocean views! Frank and Sharon were lovely and very helpful. The location was great; we only wish we could have stayed longer😊

Beautiful location
Property is beautiful and right by the bay - a bit of a hike from the penguins and Simon’s Town, but definitely walkable. All of the staff is very friendly and gave us great advice on things to do. The breakfast is fantastic!

Lovely seaside B&B
Excellent B&B along the coast road at the end of Simons Town. It’s just across the road from the ocean, so that’s good at night when there is almost no traffic on the road, but a bit load during the day when lots of cars and tour buses pass by on the way to Cape Point. Lovely gardens, common space and a nice, but small, pool. Would definetly stay here again if I find myself in the Cape Town area.

The Property was beautiful. The bedrooms and shared areas were spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with excellent views across the bay.

Highly recommended
Beautiful views and Sharon was a wonderful host. She was always on hand to offer suggestions and advice, made a lovely breakfast every morning (the freshly made blueberry muffins were divine) and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and had a stunning ocean view. It was also conveniently located close to Boulders beach, Cape Point and Simon's Town. We would highly recommend this wonderful guest house.

Schitterend uitzicht op zee, smaakvolle inrichting, heerlijk ontbijt en een uitstekende persoonlijke service door Sharon, de gastvrouw. Haar hulp en tips waren goud waard.

Good 6.0
Could have been better, poor choice
We have been staying there for 4 nights and we need to say Sharon is a great host and very polite, sweet owner of the house. However our room was supposed to be „luxurious” and the property „just at the beach” which it was not. The rooms were clean with nice sea view, there was literally only one plug we could put in the charger, there was no AC(!!!) which is essential especially during summer. The breakfast was everyday the same and consisted of small fruit salad with yoghurt and some cheese with ham. The property is situated just at the main road with all the buses and cars going to and from the Cape of Good Hope, so it can get very noisy day and night, especially when you lay down at the „infinity pool” overlooking the road in the first place. In Simons town there is nothing to do, especially all the restaurants and bars close at 4pm during the week, so there is no chance of grabing sth to eat for dinner without leaving the town. We decided to stay here instead of Camps Bay or Clifton and it was a mistake, those areas are far better than watercolours house. We expected more for this price, value/money ratio very poor and a lot to improve. Don’t be mistaken by the word „luxurious” - it’s not. We stayed at other guesthouses in SA before and this one was the worst.
