DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This horribly amazing resort will ruin every other hotel or the rest of you life. Nothing will match up. This great disaster of a hotel has sicking views, disgustingly polite staff, food that you won’t stop eating and an overall aura of euphoria that will leave you in shaking withdrawals upon checkout. My relationship will surely suffer and end soon... my girlfriend will expect this sort of treatment on all vacations moving forward, I could never duplicate. We also cried pool side for hours. I hate it here. Can’t wait to return again soon. Thanks for nothing!

Really nice property with incredible views and great service, especially from Benedict at the front desk. The first room assigned to us lacked a view as we had expected. The front desk quickly moved us to an excellent room. Staff was highly responsive. Pool deck and swim platforms below at the cove are excellent. Bar and restaurant staff also excellent in all respects. Located outside of town. A shuttle is available to take you into town on a schedule basis we found very convenient. Easy taxi return from town after dinner.Highly recommended.

Not what we expected
We were very disappointed with our room. It was not commensurate with what we expected for a stay in a five star hotel. The windows to our room partially opened. There was no air conditioning. The bed sagged and the room outlook was a garbage dumpster. The description of a classic room for this property on your site was clearly misleading based on our experience. Other comparable suites we were shown when we complained had similar outlooks to ours, namely an alley, the parking lot, an interior hallway or the garbage bins. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. Having said that, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The common areas were very nice and service in the restaurant was impeccable.
