Bad food
the reception behavior are not good at all. The food was not tasty, it was terrible, the dining room smelled awful. Part of the stuff was good. I will say it again, the food was very bad at all.

A nice hotel :)
A lovely hotel, beautiful decor and the staff are great. Only issue we had was communication - there are very few people who spoke English here so although the staff were nice they were unable to help us on smaller issues. Communication was a factor. This also translated in the entertainment factor in the evenings. We were therefore unable to enjoy it. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you have children as the kids club seemed lovely. But bear in mind that English speakers are few and far between.
