Really nice hotel and loved the stay
This was the perfect stay for three people in these Corona-virus times, where we could cook and enjoy our won meals in the apartment. The property is very convenient located close to shopping opportunities and the parking is on the site as well.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Smile, the lady who checked us in was indeed a SMILE! She brought sunshine even though the sky was grey when we arrived. The room is compact and has verything we need. The communal kitchen is super with perfect amenities.

It is a very nice place but I couldn't feel any service as the receprion closes at 5pm and opened at 8am so I haven't seen any reception clerk during my stay. When I came at evening it was dark and I just couldnt find the entrance.

Family get together on Moen
We stayed in 2 of the family suites. They were very spacious and newly renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook our own breakfast. Location was perfect on the outskirts of town - nothing was too far on Moen - we loved our stay there.

Great standard and hospitality
The stay was absolutely great. We used it as "overflow" capacity for the family over Xmas. The host was very flexible wrt. checkin and -out. Rooms are clean and nice.

Lovely place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Residens Moen for two nights. It is well located across from the water. The building has a central courtyard with chairs for sitting. Our room was very comfortable, with high ceilings. The shared bathrooms were very clean, roomy, and private. At the end of the hallway is a nice gathering room with a kitchen, a table for eating, and a sofa space. Lots of books and games. We would have made better use of the space were it not for a family or families traveling together who were staying in our hall, and using he space. It made us realize t is a great place for family reunions. Perhaps some day...Finally, we appreciated having a free hearty breakfast every morning in the restaurant space or the dining hall upstairs. The service was friendly but we only say the staff person when we checked in but not again until we checked out.
