They upgraded my room for free. It is hard to find a car parking during the day. No variety of food for breakfast buffet. At check out they asked me to bring my luggage myself.

Hotel still needs to work out its service issues..
Preetha, the receptionist was the best part of the hotel. She was great. Other than that, the hotel is weird. No one was allowed to check in before 2pm so you had people hanging out in the lobby waiting. Shower Drain didnt drain properly. When I left the iron and iron board out, housekeeping felt it was best left out in the middle of the room. Also not enough plugs. When I unplugged one of the lamps, I returned to room, with the lamp unplugged. Also no entrance on the main road.
