Superb Service & Breakfast
I had the (mis)fortune of executing my stay during COVID-19 quarantine. The hotel was completely empty except for the two rooms we booked. Nonetheless, the experience was superb on all fronts. The service was immaculate from the excellent breakfast at WHATEVER hour we desired, to the 24 hour access to the swimming pool. Juan and Ovaldo were always accessible and the room refrigerator was always stocked with cold beer. The area is very nice and a lot of dining establishments, but they were only open for takeout given COVID 19. There is also a Convenience store very nearby. I will definitely rebook again as this is the best hotel value I have found in Zihuatanejo.

This place is super great! The front desk took great care of us. She was always available and had great recommendations. I stayed the first half of my trip here and the second at Krystal Ixtapa. Next year I will be staying here the entire trip.
