Really nice hotel. Manager was lovely, couldnt do enough to help. Even brought a massive heater when I said I was a bit chilly. Location ideal.

My 4th floor room was great, nice balcony with a good view. Bathroom had a good shower, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful, was good to get my room when i checked in early. Breakfast had a good variety. Hotel is a good location jusy a short walk to the centre of town.

Booking problem
We had a reservation booked in Nazar Hotel in Trabzon in Turkey for 4 adult, but suddenly when we arrived the reception employee told us that we have booked for 3 adults. Therefore, we had no solution except paying an extra charge for the 4th adult. The amount paid is 20 Euro.
