The staff were so friendly and could not have been more hospitable. They treated us like valued guests. Not having stayed in a cave before, I was a bit surprised by the damp feeling in the room, but that would be my only criticism. The traditional Turkish breakfast contained so many little dishes, they overflowed off of the table onto a side table!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and suggested a few tours (the Green tour and hot air balloon tour) that was amazing and at great value. We checked prices of the same tours at several tour agencies and were surprised that the hotel offered the cheapest rates for these tours. The logistics for our transfer to the airport directly after our hot air balloon tour was also seamless. The two hosts were incredibly friendly and made our stay very homely. The host assisted us in ordering dinner at the hotel terrace and even laid the takeaway out on plates with tablecloth. We were very touched by the hospitality and wish to return to enjoy the breakfast spread again.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful cave hotel with a comfortable room in a great location. The owner and staff were really friendly and helpful, offering guidance and tips on where to go and assisting us with bookings. They also had a lovely dog (and a chicken!) which always gets an extra star from me. Highly recommended.

What was unique about the property was the staff, especially Mr Ali. He was so professional, well organized, responsible , kind and thoughtful . All the staff there including the cleaning ladies and night staff Mr Ahmed was great , friendly and wonderful. We are so happy about our stay. Mr Ali organized transfer and tours for us and everything was on time and great. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Cappadocia. Thank you the cappadocia hotel for the wonderful experience. We will miss you. Hanieh and sharareh

The family running the hotel were absolutely incredible!!! They were always asking how your day was, making sure they were doing all they can to make your stay perfect! The room was great, very clean and exactly like photos. The included breakfast was outstanding and some of the best food we’ve eaten in Turkey! Very highly recommend staying here!
