The Kuala Lumpur Journal - Kuala Lumpur
I have been a fan of KL Journal hotel since the first time I stepped my foot into this hotel in August 2016. This year August, I stayed at the hotel again and again, in September. For the fourth time, I stayed in this hotel in November. I'll be coming to KL in January 2018 but this time round, I feel skeptical about setting my foot again in this hotel. I had a great experience, a wonderful stay on my first and second stay in the hotel. The third one, was just alright, somewhat satisfied. Sadly, the fourth stay that was in November, was a disappointment. Checking in and out was just unfriendly. I'm pretty sure through the hotel reservation, the hotel is able to identify if the guest is a frequent guest. Even if I am not a frequent guest, I feel that the hotel's warm friendly service is depleting. A friend who was in the room was soundly asleep thus did not hear my phone calls to her to fetch me at the lobby. Upon check out, I had to remind staff of the SGD200 deposit which I submitted at check-in. There were no "How was your st
