On the whole, the hotel was very good. . The valet service was spotty and the housekeeper failed to refill the soap in the shower dispenser. Aside from the valet issues, the service was very welcoming and tops. The hotel graciously did not charge us for valet service to make up for the issues we experienced.

It’s a beautiful and grand hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious. The hotel restaurant was amazing. The only negatives were that the wifi was hard to figure out at first and the cable went out at night, I’m guessing due to the snow. Otherwise, it was great and we would stay again!

Rooms were not as clean as i would have thought they would be. Bathroom in rooms were only cleaned once when called to ensure that they were cleaned. Staff and valet were awesome though.

Front desk staff were less than pleasant. We didn’t receive housekeeping service one day. Shower sprayed all over the sliding door, carpet, tile, etc. Valet was a hassle. Definitely not what was expected whatsoever. Huge disappointment. Yes, I notified front desk of issues. No real solution as problems were the same the following day.
