Great location. Contemporary vibe
Great location in Cannes next to train station. Rooms are small so for two travelling together it works but not if u are travelling with friends and want separate beds. The top floor area is great for breakfast and snacks. Good views from rooftop too. Very short walk to the beachfront.

Okko Hotel Cannes
Great location. Steps from Gare de Cannes, blocks from the Croisette. Dozens of shop’s restaurants. Breakfast was amazing worth the price. And the lounge is open 24h. Love the coffee and water machine. Staff in the breakfast room were amazing and well as the hotel staff.

Good value for money. Excellent location and amazing service (Marvin was a star)! Be aware that AC in the rooms were not functioning properly. Hotel is aware about it and hope issue can be solved quickly as summer in Nice can get quite warm.

This is a great hotel located next to the train station ( no luggage to carry around) and near stores and all sort of restaurants. Rooms are small, but modern. Front desk is also on top floor (different). You can easily find various restaurants near by and you can easily walk down to water front with plenty of shops along the way. Highly recommend!
