Awesome experience for first timers
Got disoriented at first cause it was our first time to stay in capsule type hotel. But we've managed to adjust because the amenities are actually organized. I will recommend the hotel to my friends. Keep up the good work!

We have taken family room with cabin banks and my kids like it. Room is quite small but still comfortable with dedicated tiolet/shower. Great location, very near to subway and lots of shopping malls & restaurants nearby.

Convenient and centrally located.
(+) Very centrally located, walking distance to bus stops, train stations, Nishiki Market. (+) All the spaces very clean and convenient to use. (+) The capsule itself was very conveniently outfitted with TV, mirror, universal wall socket. (-) I've never stayed in a capsule hotel before and wanted to try one out. I didn't realize just how much I toss in my sleep. Unfortunately in a capsule this means I kick the walls, so I don't know that I'd stay in a capsule again. (-) The ventilation in the capsule is not so good, so for someone with a relatively high resting metabolism/ surface temperature, this meant that the capsule was almost unbearably warm for most of the night. Which was okay, considering that it's cold and wintry outside, but also not the most comfortable.

Not too shabby
The location was great but the cleaning staff seem to have a problem with some foreigners. I was in the powder room and she decided to clean up and showed annoyance. She was too eager to clean up while I was still using the facility at 9AM.
