They advertise you can go in between each property but then are asked to leave the dinner table when they find out you are from one of the other properties. Completely unacceptable.

The hotel has been remodeled. It’s in great condition. The beach is spectacular, and the remodeled pools are great. The ones that have not been remodeled not so much. Food is good, but the restaurants get overwhelmed easily. Had to wait for 30 min to get a breakfast table in a buffet. All breakfast restaurants were the same.

We order food from the pool and the food has no flavor. We also when to the restaurant buffet at 4:00 pm and by 5:00pm the server said we have eat as soon as we can because the restaurant close at 5:00pm. And everything is really nasty. I will Never stay at that hotel and I will not recommend to any of my friend and people I know.

Nice resort facilities, but rooms lack basic amenities like refrigerator and microwave. Check-in was horrific. Despite a 2-month advanced booking, they kept us standing around for half an hour because they were out of rooms. They were actually going to send us elsewhere, but I made a loud objection and they "found" a larger room.
