The pool, atmosphere of 2nd floor was good . But karaoke sound & dog barking sound made me not to sleep well ... it continued until 10pm . Except it, everything was good. All employees were kind. I could even use free drop off service by golf car if it was near place.

Smell from air conditioner. Toilet got flooded but maintenance crew were quick. Towels are discolored white. Stain on couch is disgusting. Picture from Expedia looks nice but surroundings are not quiet. You can hear the sound of tricycles and people talking on the street.

The employees are great. Property good. The only negative part about this hotel is the smoking area is in the only Lounging area. It’s the only place to soak up some sun on padded seats. If your a non smoker, it’s terrible. If they want to keep smoking there at least get some lie down pads for around the pool cause that area is limited.

We are staying at this hotel a few times throughout our stay here in the Philippines. We have had a couple issues but nothing that this staff couldn’t fix. The staff have been very accommodating in helping us. The only needed improvement here is the wifi in the rooms. If you stand at your window it works but not if your lounging in bed or on the couch.
