The location of the hotel is convenient. The train stations, Town Hall and Wynyard, are about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The process of checking in and out are prompt. Overall my stay in the hotel for 5 nights is pleasant.

Location is very conveniently located near attractions and town hall station. Hotel service and facilities are also more than adequate. Only possible downside is the lack of food options around the area at night.

Best location in city centre
The best location since it is about equal distance to the major areas such as Circular Quay, Darling Harbor and Chinatown. It is just steps away from Queen Victoria Building and the Pitt Street malls. Facilities are good - free wifi, water, soft drink, disposable slipper. Highly recommended as long as you do not need those facilities in high-class hotels such as spa, gym or fine dining. The double rooms are reasonable in size but the single rooms are tiny and located between floors in the fire escape staircase.

Close proximity to Darling Harbour
Hotel location is very good, near to Darling harbour, supermarkets and AAT Kings day tour pick ups at Hyatt Recency. Room was new and clean, but slightly small. Not much space for luggage. The walls were also thin, we can hear neighbours closing their doors. Also there was some small booming sound periodically, but it does not affect our sleep though. Sounds like motorbike engine or water pump running. There were also holes in 1 of the towels. Still a very value for money hotel for its central location and cleanliness.

Room had everything I needed. Central location. Great price. My only issue is that the towel rack was loose and the towel fell on the toilet which I want going to use after that.
