Beautiful place
We stayed at the resort for 3 nights. Our experience was great, with no concerns. The units are outdated but clean and spacious. Cleaning personnel was coming in the morning and did the great job. The buffet did not have an extensive selection; however the food was fresh and delicious. There are 3 a-la-carte restaurants on site, reservations are made daily. Suggesting to the resort to revisit this policy and allow advance reservations to appreciate guests' time (there's a line-up to make a reservation). There is also number of pools on-site for pool lovers. The beach is picturesque and pristine: small waves, warm and clear water, beautiful view of the bay. Lots of natural shade, and beach chairs are provided for the guests. The bar near the beach is a "hidden gem" - make sure you pay a visit there. We appreciated the shuttle service to the beach as the hills are quite steep. Special thanks to Fernanda (host) for making our last dinner extra special! Cons: 1. while we had no issues with the water, we heard some of the guests complaining about lack of warm water. We observed the resort was relocating those guests to other units. 2. Staffing. The resort must have a rationale for the reduced staffing; however, we noted there is not enough service staff: i.e. the bartender at the beach bar got sick, and there was no one to replace him; the reservations at the restaurants are made based on the number of people a server can serve, not on the number of tables.

I’m not mad. I’m just disappointed.
This place has all the elements to be a great resort. The views are amazing, great access to the beautiful beach, cute rooms. However, that doesn’t outweigh the outdated an overall poor management of the property. I’ll try to break it down to food, drinks, and pool/beach. Food: To get a reservation at one of the on site properties restaurants you need to get in line at 2pm the day you want to make the reservation. The process takes between 30-60 minutes where you also need to place your order in advance. The people taking your order will also have no knowledge of the menu. They then write it all on a piece of loose paper and you pray everything works out later that evening. It didn’t for us. They lost our reservation and order. There is also the buffet as an option where you can get stale nachos and attempt to get a waiters attention for a drink. Drinks: I should have gotten clued in when the response to a pina colada order was “with alcohol?” Getting a drink with the all inclusive package is like pulling teeth. All the waiters are in the buffet area fighting over tables to serve and the only poolside bar is IN the pool at the deep end so hopefully you can swim. The bar by the beach also seems to be permanently closed so that’s a no go as well. Just skip the all inclusive. Pool: This is a kids zone. There are no adult areas near the pool. Just kids running, splashing, and shouting everywhere. Ps lock your bedroom door or raccoons will try to get in.

Are family of 3 enjoyed Condovac and all the amenities it had to offer. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The resort was somewhat dated but the views and location were fantastic and the rooms spacious. Cleaners came everyday to change bedding take out trash which was a nice surprise!

Room was in desperate need of repair. Bath door off hinge, excessive mold in shower, Bad lighting, furniture and sliding door lock was screwed up. Nice pool area but also in desperate need of repairs. Staff was great and food was fine. Would not go there again.
