Good location. Now the negatives: Did not experience good service in general Front desk should be more polite and smile a bit, at least. Restaurant personnel consistently ignored me. No help at all, not even to open the door at entrance or exit despite I was full of bags. I was totally by myself. The room was a bit dirty. The Gym was quite smelly.

Upon arrival and other days front staff was frequently not friendship. Good location near Costanera center. Inside the room, Air conditioning didn’t work correctly, no clock radio, low light inside bathroom, few hangers in the wardrobe. We stayed 9 nights and the floor of the room was never suitable cleaned and there was dust all over the room. Breakfast was regular but scrambled eggs were not hot and pancakes machine had problem. Exercise room with basic equipment but there was no treadmill.

Me gustó todo en general, buena atención, ubicación, limpieza, etc No me gustó la salida del estacionamiento, un poco estresante la salida por la eampa, porque hay que detenerse a medio camino, quizás la máquina para pasar la tarjeta debería estar abajo (antes de subir la rampa)
