Great location and easy to find after been met by a lovely representative. Air con there is only 1 so need to share between bedroom and lounge/sofa bed area. The aircon was broken but the representative had it fixed and all was good

There is plenty of space. It was like living in Grandma's house. Would choose to stay somewhere else next time. The staff were not responsive and sometimes impatient to answer our questions. Not really helpful.

Clean and spacious apt equipped with everything we need. 3 minutes walk to water bus station San Toma. Nice apt manager who showed up about 20 minutes late but kind and helpful. Only con is no lift and we have to carry large suitcases. 干净宽敞，配备我们需要的一切设备。 步行3分钟到San Toma水上公交站。房子的管家迟到了20来分钟，但是善良、乐于助人。 唯一缺点是没有电梯，得抬着箱子爬1.5层楼的台阶。

Excellent Communication, as e-mail was sent long before the arrival with very clear guidance; how to get to the nearest station to the flat. We were picked up at the station and taken to the flat. The flat was new and really spacious, 5 minutes from Rialto bridge.
