It was very cold at night, I think the window curtains are too thin and there isn't good insulation. i can feel the cold air coming from the window even it was closed. I also didn't know that i had to pay for my toothbrush, most korean hotels provide free toothbrushes and other toiletries. the only thing i liked about this hotel was the economic price and good location, other than that i dont recommend to stay there during the cold winter.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The room has industrial look and its also pet friendly hotel so it shows on their decor. The hotel is ecofriendly so shampoo and body wash is attached. You can buy essentials if you need it like toothbrush and soap. The room was chilly for me so I had too use two comforters to sleep. The lobby employees were somewhat friendly.

Overall rooms were fine but customer service was lacking - front desk was not very accommodating nor helpful. It’s great that they are trying to be eco friendly but they took it way too far and the policies are inconsistent (e.g., charged my parents 5000krw for accidentally misplacing/losing their key vs. gave my boyfriend a key for free no questions asked). Rate was cheap but wouldn’t stay here next time - would rather pay a little more and stay elsewhere
