Nice hotel but won’t be returning...
We like this chain of hotels and usually choose them when possible. The hotel itself was good, decent breakfast options even with covid (enjoyed the avocado toast), we were able to reserve a pool time. Everything was good until bedtime. We were “lucky” enough to be directly under a room that was partying all night. My husband and I called down to the front desk 4 different times. The man that would answer said he would tell them to quiet down...just for it to start up again minutes later. It was so frustrating and kept us and our kids up until 4:00 in the morning, just to start up again at 8:00. Music, dancing, loud yelling, moving furniture for hours...it was crazy! And the front desk seemed annoyed every time we called. Sorry but WE were annoyed!! And at check out I complained again and was told “sorry”. That was it. Very disappointing and will not be returning.
