I have to say that this was an excellent hotel with incredible service. They gave great directions to get there and were in quick communication with us. When we arrived Ainoa took very good care of us and gave us many suggestions for where to eat, to visit and just general information. She was an excellent service manager at this hotel and was incredibly kind to us - thank you! The room was beautiful, overlooking the gardens and plaza. Lovely open air rooftop restaurant. Excellent location to walk through the old area of Sevilla, very close to the cathedral - 4 mins walk at the most. Highly recommended.

This was the best place we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Spain. It was large, very clean, modern, has a very comfy bed and was in the best location in the city. The cathedral and Alcazar are literally 3 minutes walk away. There’s also restaurants encircling the building, so no issues finding somewhere to eat.

The front desk staff was extremely pleasurable and helpful. I highly recommend Suites Murillo Catedral as it was in the perfect location that was convenient to all the restaurants and bars. I highly recommend the location if you would like to stay in the Santa Cruz neighborhood in Seville.

This is an excellent property. Clean rooms.. Great in room amenities..Excellent staff. All attractions are within 5 to 20 mins from property. Airport was a single bus ride of 4 euros per passenger.. Easy commute.. Lots of flamenco performances around.. Lots of dining options near the property.. We got excellent vegetarian food.. will come back if I am in the area again!

Nice room, underwhelming service
Based on the reviews, we were expecting good things. However, our stay was disappointing. When I booked it said keys had to be collected at Hotel Murillo, which seemed quite close. A few days before the booking I was emailed and told I had to get them from somewhere about a kilometre away! This was completely unsuitable because we were arriving at 10pm and my husband has a bad knee. I called and arranged that someone would bring us the key if we called just before we arrived. However, when I did the person I spoke with kept insisting we come to a hotel far away. Eventually I convinced her after pointing out I had this offer in writing. When she arrived none of the keys she had worked for our room anyway, so if we had gone there we'd have had to go back again! She finally got the keys to work on the door, but we discovered later only one would power the room (air con and lights) while the other two only opened the doors. The following day one of the keys stopped working altogether and the final day (36 degrees) the air con stopped working. When I called the number a man kept mansplaining to me that someone would call me to explain how the air con worked. Despite telling him three times I'd been there three days and I knew how it worked but that it had stopped working, he didn't believe me. Then a woman arrived and said she didn't know why but someone had turned our room to warm air only on the main switch. Room was nice, but they need to sort out their service issues.
