I purchased the room, for family to stay in. Room was completely paid for by me. I went to the hotel and signed all paperwork, copies of my card and ID was taken. When my family member checked in, she was told the room was not paid for, also that I never came to fill out any paperwork. My husband spoke to the manager on the phone, while getting ready for our wedding, the manager was very rude. She never once apologized after the signed paperwork was found. I was very un-pleased how this experience was for my elderly family member. The manager was very un-professional.

Coffee pot was missing parts so not useable. Bathtub was missing stopper so bath tub could not be used. Kleenex container was empty. Asked front desk for items but never got them.

The room we were in was very nosey. Walls vibrated all night. The smoke alarm was like a strobe light. Did not sleep well at all. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast at 710am was not very good. Biscuits tasted old. BUT I would stay here again just in another room. I would just eat the waffles for breakfast.

Key for the door wouldnt work, twice had to go to front desk for assistance. Housekeeping unplugged TV from service so only had 1 channel until that was found and corrected. Corners of the rooms, on the floors, needed more attention. Breakfast was really good. Hotel front desk staff friendly, but hard to ID -everyone wearing VERY casual clothes, almost no one wearing name badges. Overall will probably stay there again.

We've stayed at this hotel before and it has been good, but on the last two visits the WiFi was not working and the staff didn't seem inclined to do anything about it. Other than that it was OK, but we really needed access to the Internet for a variety of reasons.
