Hotel was ok. Not bad, not great. Was very unimpressed at check in though. There was a couple checking in, no masks. Man was unable to wear them, clerk was very rude about it. Snotty. Some people can’t wear the stupid things, be decent about it. After checked in clerk came around and sprayed disinfectant like the people had the f-ing plague. Rude. Then the clerk made a rude political comment behind the people’s back.

Horrible front desk experience
We were traveling, had made a reservation, arrived after a long day of traveling and the front desk person was incredibly rude. They refused to acknowledge that we had a reservation, hung up on Hotels.com staff twice, and essentially turned us away. We stayed elsewhere. Will never go to a Best Western Plus.

Great place to stop!
Very comfortable bed, big room, nice strong water pressure and clean. The breakfast was excellent for during these covid times because it was hot and safety measures were in place to make us feel comfortable

Good Hotel
Pros: large bath towels, strong water pressure in shower, appeared clean, large bathroom. Cons: cockroach in shower when we first walked in, few hairs found. When we were checking in, the clerk said I have you in a king room and then said he could give us two queens. We intentionally chose a king but he kept saying it. I believe this is because we are a same sex couple but he didn’t seem to understand why we’d want to keep the king room we booked. He was friendly but this was upsetting. I’d hope he knows couples come in many forms and he shouldn’t pressure guests to change their room selection because he might be uncomfortable.

Nice place
Great place and great price, comfortable and convenient. Only thing i didn't like was that the shower head was so high up and not adjustable. Mine was spraying down into front corner so i practically had to stand against the front wall to get water.

I was very pleased with my stay. I arrive early but road weary, the manager was kind enough to allow me to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the hot breakfast options available and the hotel went above and beyond in making sure their customer’s exposure to COVID 19 was minimized. I have stayed here before in the past and I think I will stay here again in the future.
