Great hotel and a great location. so easy to access all of the shopping at the MOA. Rooms are large. Kevin at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The takeout food from the restaurant was very good.
Overall it was a good stay because we had everything at reach and understood that for room service things would be different do to COVID. But I did get a bit upset at house cleaning because we had our do not disturb sign and the morning of leave they woke us up at 8 and again at 10 and I was pilote
The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The whole hotel felt clean. We were only there for the weekend but can’t wait to go back!
The internet services and choices of food menu. The menu was very minimal
If your coming to visit the Twin Cities this is the spot to stay. Upper level experience period. Quiet, safe, very clean treated like a king or queen. I have stayed in the cities quit a bit and If you have a hard time sleeping at hotels like I do then this is the best experience you will have in the Twin Cities.
Great for a family getaway, pillows were a little too soft, but that was the only negative with our stay.
Excellent
Staying during COVID: was not too busy, has sanitizing stations, had pool reservations so you can have it to yourself/family, no housekeeping during stay unless you ask. They seem to have gone the extra lengths for safety. Very clean hotel, bed could’ve been a little more comfy, but that’s my preference. It was nice that it had a door right into the Mall of America.
No real service due to their own imposed COVID restrictions. 6:00 am wake up call received at 6:15 am Front desk employee was tripping over his words in an effort to impersonate his interpretation of an employee of the Ritz-Carlton. Very annoying.
We loved being attached to the Mall of America I had a scooter and it was very convenient
