A mistake I won’t make again
I made reservations and paid through Hotels.com with preferences listed. I’m handicapped and need 1st floor since no elevator. Hotel says no preference listed I showed my reservation on my phone. I don’t know who’s fault but everything was a mess hotel wanted to charge me more even though everything was already paid for. Only room he had on 1st floor was a room he said has been out of service due to carpet stains. I only chose this hotel because it has an oven in the kitchen area and I was cooking an baking 2 different birthday cakes for grandchild’s parties the room had the pet stain smelled constantly has to spray Lysol and make children keep sock or slippers on their feet. To look at the room a person would think it was clean nothing in the opening. But after being in some things became visible stuff under furniture left over stuff in fridge and asked housekeeping and I was told they would have to get approval from mgr to come in room for anything I wanted them to do. Was gonna be there 4 days housekeeping said they weren’t allowed to exchange towels or anything. We had to go to the local Walmart and buy extra towels and washcloths toilet paper tissues Lysol room supposed to be supplied for 4 people it wasn’t had 2 of things. Had to buy plastic silverware and paper plates and a couple of pots to even cook for the kids. My mistake but I won’t make it again. Next time I will rent a real apt or a small house for a week. When I went to check out No one in site. No mgr no1

Best Business Travel Value in Quantico Area
You get a lot of space for your money here. Stayed for a couple nights and my room was immaculate. Things were quiet, beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly. Having a kitchenette was convenient. Will stay here again if I return to the area. Best value within a 15 minute drive into Quantico for sure.

ROACHES
When they checked us in the first room smelled like dog pee so we asked to be switched and the second room they switched us to had roaches coming from under the fridge and behind the stove and finally the third room was fine. Housekeeping barged into the room while i was sleeping at 10am when checkout is at 11.

2021 Road Trip
Outstanding property and accommodations .John is so pleasant and his follow up reflects top notch customer service . we were on a 4 week road trip and have stayed at many Hilton properties as we are Gold ,This condo blew all of them away . we had all the essentials we needed. Town has all to offer Target and locations to eat .within 2 miles to the Museum of Marines which we had plans to see .(Family member had brick dedicated there ) .Highly if your in the area stay Here !

A great location and great amenities
My family booked multiple rooms for my husband’s USMC graduation. The location was perfect for going to the base (only about a 10 min drive) and the rooms were really clean. Having the ability to do laundry was nice before we left for our travels too. The manager was great and came back for our late check in because we arrived after the office closed. It was great being able to cook and make coffee in our rooms. This gave us time to spend together as a family! I’d stay here again and recommend for anyone coming into to town.

A good place to stay!
The manager was so helpful! Lost my room key at 10PM and he assisted us. We have stayed at this location multiple times but never in the “older” wing of the hotel. Older part is a little dated and one of the TVs does not work, but still a nice place at a good price ideally located close to the marine base.

Great stay. Oven and stove worked like champs. Took me a couple of days to get used to the mattress, but after that-slept like a baby. Great customer service! Lots of parking. Centrally located. Will stay again!
