The only complaint I have was the noise from outside work during evening hours. It was a little loud, but it wasn't loud enough to call or complain to the front desk.

I started going there in 2018. It was really good but the more we visit and stayed there, it started going down and service was good so we stopped going there. I haven’t been there since 2019. Surprisingly, we visited July 2021 and it was very clean, they started serving breakfast and it pretty good. Thumbs Up for the huge change and the change was for the best. I will Definitely visit this place again. Thanks for the great stay!!

Breakfast wherefore art thou?
Great rooms, large and comfortable. The evening desk staff was critical of the place and the day desk staff seemed more interested in talking with other employees than being aware of other guests. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had - coffee, cereal but no milk and that was about it! The manager called us later and was very apologetic and very cooperative. Kudos to her.

Our Reservation was giving away
We don't stay the desk gave our room to DPS we were told we had a reservation but that don't matter to your desk person but she was ready to give a more expensive room which I didn't take it was you all fault that we didn't get our room so I don't want to be charged I will not stay at this hotel or use hotel .com to make my reservation's I will look else where for rooms I hope I get a call from hotels .com so I can speak to a real person I sent out these type of info out yesterday with no reasponce

Great Value for the Price!!
Our stay was for a family funeral, it was very quiet, seemed to be tucked away from the hustle, breakfast was across the parking lot at Holiday Inn Express, but was very good. The bathroom floor was dirty, but other than that it was a great value for the price.
