It was amazing. Clean, spacious room, amazing staff and service. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. I don’t recommend Saffron restaurant but other than that everything about this hotel was amazing. I’ll definitely be back with family.

Horizon club was good. A good room makeup. Very food bedding. Power shortage including elevator stop several times everyday. Very dangerous hotel limo driver for airport pickup. Attitudes of staffs at cafe B and gym are quite bad. Meals at Saffron was too salty and mo change even after complaints for whole dinner course.

Thi is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had in my many visits to Bengaluru and other cities in India. The front desk staff is EXCELLENT. The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional.
