Stunning rooms. Hotel from outside is nothing special. Ut just wait till you see the rooms. I wish the UK had hotels with rooms like this! Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a stunning hotel.

Good points - Great location for all the restaurants, bars and shop and beach. Nice room, very spacious, very clean. Bad points - Right next to a building site which starts to be very loud from 7 am each day except Sunday. Wont be a problem when it is finished but for now it wakes you up every morning !

Terrific hotel in the heart of Larnaca. Walking distance to all the major attractions, restaurants and cafes, the beachfront and the transportation hub - Finikoudes bus stop, where the blue city buses stop and the green Intercity buses stop. The hotel was wonderful - huge clean rooms, very comfortable beds, wonderful lighting in the rooms, great access to English tv and movie channels, spotless washrooms and generous with toiletries and toilet paper, timely house keeping every day, mini fridge in room, kettle with coffee, sugar and milk packets, bath robes and slippers, in room safe, balcony with seating etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about local restaurants and where to go on day trips. City and country maps available in the lobby which was a major plus! Would absolutely stay at the Josephine Boutique Hotel again if I return to Larnaca. The hotel is brand new and so the amenities were all tip top shape. Had a small hiccup with my heating, but staff called a technician right away to fix the issue. Lovely hotel, and breakfast buffet was just superb! The gentleman who runs the buffet is attentive and refreshes the food baskets every 15 minutes. Recommend as day trips: Paphos, Limassol, Nicosia, and Famagusta - all easily accessed by Intercity bus, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also within walking distance to Metro, a major supermarket/hyper market, by the old hospital/American Academy, and an awesome bakery (Zorbas).
