Awesome hotel, bad side of town
I stayed here for 2 nights. Don’t get me wrong. The hotel was great. But it isn’t on the greatest side of town. I was hungry around 10 pm and I walked to the nearest store and I witnessed the Cops arresting some guy who was yelling. Bottom line: awesome hotel, bad side of town.

A very hard bed! But otherwise the room was fine. When one of our party was still in bed, there was a knock at the door offering room service, after several responses indicating he didn’t need it , the staff member came into the room , whilst they were still in bed telling him he needed to show some respect!

Very clean and new hotel. Free fruit and croissants at reception and free beer and water in the room. All this for a very reasonable rate.The hotel is a short walk from Hamburg Sud. A great hotel for a short city visit - located in the centre of city and short S-Bahn ride from the Airport.
