Room is basic and in serious need of updating, shower mouldy and shower damaged - had to hold with hands, pool area nice, reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful - they need to be replaced with the cleaning staff who at least smiled and were friendly!

Very run down property that needs updating. Was looking forward to gym however u need closed toe shoes and I did not pack any. You can rent shoes for 200 baht which just seemed like a rip off becuase once I got inside everyone was just wearing socks

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot. When u get off the boat, it is just a short walk to the hotel. It is located in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping areas. Also it is right on the beach! Appearance was really cute, very islandy. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a boat to take us on a private tour of Maya Beach, Viking cave, Peileh lagoon and monkey beach. The room itself looked nice but the beds were not comfortable at all, nor were the pillows. It was also very loud late into the night. Also, we were on the bottom floor and the floors above were very creaky and you could totally hear people walking back and forth till late in the night. They have a fitness room and a pool which is nice but we didn’t actually use them. Overall, not the most comfortable place to stay.

Just an ok stay…….
Checked in to our first room and the musty sewer smell was intolerable. They gave us another room which the musty smell wasn’t too bad however the sewer smell was bad. The rooms are very tired and dated. Dirty in places. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Had to open the patio door to get some fresh air in the room just so you weren’t breathing in the musty sewer smell. Seriously needs a renovation. The air conditioner worked well in our room though. Our garden view was really nice and the pool area was lovely and moderately clean. Breakfast had a variety which was good enough to start the day. Hotel is in a great location. Would I stay there again. No way!!! It was definitely a 2 star hotel and overpriced for the condition the hotel was in.
