not worth the money
check-in was not very pleasant ,a straight face asked for our passports when I used English, later his attitude turned to be a lot better after my wife talked to him in Japanese. it is a clean business hotel located in a very convenient place, walking distance to shopping arcade and Kumamoto Castle which by the way is closed to the public in most of days weekly . one thing I do not like the hotel room is that the toilet is not in an isolated area in washing room, not only the privacy but also the smell incurred by using toilet is an embarrassment .
