Petit déjeuner scandaleux
Chambres correctes et personnel plutôt aimable. Je note cependant un gros problème sur le petit déjeuner en cette période de covid: possibilité de sélectionner la veille des produits pour un petit déjeuner le lendemain... qu'il faut venir chercher soi-même au rdc. Quand on arrive au petit déjeuner, rien n'est préparé et il faut se servir soi-même au buffet (quel intérêt de nous faire noter la veille ce que l'on souhaite prendre?). Nous avons ensuite monté nos plateaux jusqu'à nos chambres (très pratique de prendre l'ascenseur avec un plateau rempli, en plus d'être dangeureux). La serveuse ne nous avait absolument pas dit de redescendre le plateau, nous l'avons donc laissé dans la chambre. Quelle n'a pas été notre surprise de rentrer le soir pour constater que la chambre a été faite et qu'ils ont laissé le plateau du petit déjeuner sans le débarrasser... Un service pareil dans un hôtel 3 étoiles est inadmissible. Dans tous les autres hôtels que j'ai pu faire en cette période, le petit déjeuner était apporté dans les chambres, dans le même type d'hôtel. Je déconseille fortement.

This is apartment hotel, very convenient for few nights stay, since each room has little kitchenette equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Also the big plus is that there is a local bus going to Geneva and the bus stop is very close. In addition there are a bus station and train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. As for the hotel itself it is clean, good customer service, very helpful and speak good English.

Our room was the top floor and big enough for 4 people. The sofa couch was horrible but taking the mattress off and placing on the floor was doable. The hotel is next to a train so if your room is on the train side you will definitely hear it. It was hot and no AC in the room so we had to open window. This added the street noise and the train to our stay. Our room was not ready at 5 pm. The housekeeping ladies were arguing. The area wasn’t the best part of the city. Looked run down. It’s a drive from the airport. If your catching a flight out of Geneva this Hotel is on the France side. If your looking for a pool this location did not have one.

My hotel stay was very pleasant, the room, reception and common areas were all fine, clean and modern. I didnt have breakfast so cannot comment. The hotel is close to Annemasse station with a bus service to Geneva (takes around 30mins), there are some cafes nearby (even open on sundays) and the town centre is just a few mins walk away. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying in area but just note there is limited public transport connections from Geneva late evenings, if nightlife is on agenda.

Don't use for Geneva airport flights
I stayed for one night as had an early flight from Geneva airport the next morning and only arrived in Geneva that afternoon, trying to save some money by staying a little further away - this was a mistake! The hotel and room are fine, and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the area itself is a little sketchy and there were no taxis in the morning, so I had to choose between waiting for an hour for one to arrive or taking a couple of buses and train connections which would have taken around an hour and a half, which was less than ideal. The issue was more me than the hotel to be fair - if you just need somewhere to stay the night before a flight from Geneva stay closer to the airport, even if on paper the hotel is only 35 mins away by taxi.
